Very busy day today. Started off repairing lights in Restraunt in Monkstown. Then up to Ranleigh to check and repair more lights. Then up to Shankill to replace faulty immersion heater. Then down to Cabinteely to fix faulty sockets.

Got an emergency call from an elderly person in Ballybrack, they had no electricity. Was able to drop up immediately and had them sorted in less than 20 minutes from taking the call.

The woman of the house had got someone else in originally to fit the lamp and he hadn’t come back. He had fitted the mounting bracket upside down with tec7 adhesive as he said the ceiling couldn’t take screws. It took me the best part of an hour to remove the bracket and clear away […]
