RCD’s protect lives

Every home should have an RCD (rcbo, elcb) protecting sockets, immersion, shower etc. In the event of a person getting an electric shock the RCD will trip out the electricity, thereby protecting the person from serious injury or death.

RCD’s should be tested every three months to ensure that they are operating. (see previous posts on how to test the RCD).
