Emergency Call out today

Got an emergency call out today. When we called to customer their main switch was burnt out. Luckily we carry spares and had the electricity back on in less than an hour.

The customer was very happy. When we call to a house during the Covid-19 crises we use gel to clean our hands before we enter the home. We ask the customer to respect the social distance as much as possible and to leave the area we are working in once we know what the problem is.

When we are finished we inform the customer what the problem was and what we did to rectify it. On returing to our van we again clean our hands with sanitizer.
