Fires caused by electricity

Electricity is the major cause of fire in homes. Please ensure you use qualified trades people to install electrical appliances in your home. I came across two instances this week, which could have caused fires. See photos, the photo on the left was taken out of the ceiling of a home in Killiney. The other was taken out of a home in Ballybrack.
