Testing and Certification in Dalkey

If a house or home has been unoccupied for more than 6 months a new test and certificate is required to get the electricity turned back on. A customer who has bought a house in Dalkey requires this service this morning. The testing will take most of the morning. I hope to have the testing cert. sent off to ESB by close of business today, in order to get the electricity turned back on asap.
