Working in Fiorentina Restaurant in Parliament Street this morning

Its nice to be able to work  in the kitchen of a restaurant without worrying about getting filthy. Was in Fiorentina restaurant during the week and have to say it has one of the cleanest kitchens of a restaurant that I have ever  been in. Its a pleasure to work in such a clean place. I am back there this morning installing a new dish washer for them.
