Just back from emergency call out in Dalkey

Got a call this evening to a house in Dalkey. The sockets weren’t working, the woman had plugged in her iron and it caused the sockets rcd to trip. Unfortunately she couldn’t reset the rcd herself, neither could her friend. It was an unusual RCD so I could not talk her through how to reset it. While there checked the fuseboard and found 5 loose connections.
