Sockets in Kitchen in Monkstown burnt out because of loose connection. Had to replace socket and remake off cables. While there got a call out to a customer in Killiney, it ended up a plumbing job, but Dave Devaney from Dalkey called up and sorted it out temporarily.  

Wiring in new sockets in a house in Bray this morning. When connecting the new sockets into the fuseboard I discovered a faulty mcb and bus bar. Fixed both at no extra charge to customer, who was very happy. Then down to Cabinteely to replace bulb in security light.

  These devices are the most important electrical safety device you can have. If you have an electrical shower you should definitely have one. Just back from an emergency call out in Cabinteely. Customer was selling his home but had to have the lights fixed by tomorrow. Job sorted and customer happy.

Doing 2nd fix on new kitchen in Dalkey this morning and then up to Stillorgan to replace shower switch. Then back down to Sandycove to repair some faulty lighting.

Have to replace some sockets in a house in Dun Laoghaire today, also have to fix some socket boxes properly to the wall. Then up to Sallynoggin to replace a shower and test the RCBO
