Got a call around 8:30 Sunday night. No power in sockets in house. Had problem sorted and back home by 10:15. Customer delighted.

A woman rang me this morning around 10am, she had no electricity in the house.  The main fuse was overheating and starting to burn. Had new main fuse unit fitted and the electricity back on before 11am.

Busy day yesterday in Glenageary and Ballybrack. Started off wiring up sockets, replacng fuse board and installing new earth rod in house in Glenageary. While there I got an emergency call out to Ballybrack where I found the cooker switch had burnt out.

Started off the day in Sandycove fixing faulty socket circuit and fitting new sockets. Then out to Clonshaugh to fix emergency lighting. While on the way back from Clonshaugh got a call from Monkstown to check out emergency lights and other lights for a customer.

Emergency call out to restraunt in Monkstown this morning. Switch for extractor fan in kitchen was faulty. Sorted out quickly and everyone happy.

Call out to Killiney. Sockets not working and tripping out all sockets. Customer very happy to get sockets sorted as she has a birthday party tomorrow.

Got a call from a lovely couple in Blackrock. There was a smell of burning in the hot press. I found a burnt switched spur in the hot press. see photos. It is important if you get a smell of burning to switch off electrical appliances until the cause is found and cleared. This could […]

Busy morning yesterday fixing outdoor lights, replacing internal lights and fixing sockets in house in Killiney. In the afternoon was busy in Monkstown fixing faulty lights and sockets for a customer.
